- Everyone who is applying or reapplying MUST provide verification that you are a resident of Ross Township.
- You must provide proof with a current Indiana Drivers License or Indiana State ID with your address and a current utility bill (Nipsco, Water, Home Phone, Cell Phone, Cable, Current Lease or Mortgage information) as proof of Ross Township residency.
